Who feels threatened by AI? Why would you feel that your job and livelihood is at risk when people use AI more (effectively saying it is more convenient / cheaper)?
Ok … It is still too early to discuss this, but why not start?
Some people are absolutely outraged that AI is ‘replacing artists’.
My argument: AI probably can’t replace artists*…
We need to differentiate between the ‘core’ of ones creativeness and work, and the auxiliary aspects of that work.
Creatives need to focus on what they do best. There isn’t much use in trying to throw tantrums or in covering one’s eyes and not seeing the reality.
Mediocre / generic / lazy work might be replaced… non-essential work will be replaced.
